Louie Courtemanche and Gary Obermire, company founders, were employed with Country Coach for 15 and 22 years, respectively. During that time as management team leaders, Louie and Gary helped drive the design and manufacturing processes of the beautiful coaches you choose to own. Over those same years, Gary and Louie built many strong relationships among the Country Coach family of motorcoach owners. “With Country Coach friends in mind, we decided to open Premier RV. Premier RV offers the lowest shop rates in town and some of the best technicians who worked at Country Coach for many years,” Gary notes. Specializing in Country Coach, all brands are welcomed. No job is too big or too small.
Jim Cooley, service manager, brings decades of managerial expertise and customer experience skills to the Service division. Jim knows many of you from your visit to the original Country Coach Inc years ago and always looks forward to welcoming old friends “home” to Junction City, Oregon. Dedicated to exceptional customer care and efficient shop operations, Jim looks forward to your next call or visit to the Premier RV of Oregon Service Division.
Doug Beaudry, Country Coach and Highline motorhome specialist, offers his service writing support to the team having come to Premier with decades of Country Coach specific experience.
David Rutherford specialize in custom tile flooring and backsplashes, heavy mechanics and chassis repairs and service and. An all round expert in highline RV service. For house or chassis service he is among the best of the best.
Tim Lemon, a 25 year industry veteran, has a well rounded knowledge of house and chassis. He considers interior and house features his specialties along with being a window expert, (the removal and rebuild of the exterior). He takes great pride in his customer service.
Dave Rousey, is a 12 volt and 110VAC systems specialist, a certified Prevost Technician, RVIA/RVDA certified, and also great with dash and roof air conditioning systems. He has over 30 year of highline RV service experience.

Jennifer Emanuel and Josh Rutherford (both long term Highline Parts Specialists) are members of the parts division of the company. They concentrate on serving our robust service center full time.
